Join us for a family-friendly outdoor event at the beautiful Laursen Bear River Preserve. It includes optional hikes, live music with Norman Collins & The Tumblers, the Ash and Oil Gourmet Food Truck, family-friendly games, pony rides. and the chance to check out some of our auction items! You won’t want to miss the short program where you’ll hear the latest news about Placer Land Trust and help us celebrate Steve Frisch, the 2024 Placer Conservator Award recipient! Please note, registration is required!Where: Laursen Bear River Preserve in North Auburn (directions will be emailed before the event)

3:30-3:45: Check-in
4:00: Hikes begin
Main Event:
4:30-5:30: Check-in
4:30-5:45: Family-friendly activities
4:30: Bar opens for beverage purchase
5:00: Ash and Oil Gourmet Food Truck opens for food purchases (you can also bring your own picnic)
5:45: Short program
6:00-8:00: Live music with Norman Collins & The Tumblers
8:00: Event ends, drive safe!
