Get ready to Move and Grove for a Cause that Matters!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and our Y has some amazing ladies joining together for a night of Strength, Empowerment, and some Kick Cancer’s Butt Moves!
Join us for our first ever Party in Pink. Wear your best Pink workout gear and come ready to dance the calories away with Amy, Megan, and Carmen as they bring the energy and excitement of a Zumbathon to our Milam Center.
Upstairs in Riggins, Donna’s going to turn up the heat ONE FINAL TIME for our members before her last day as she plays all of her Cardio Drumming favorites followed by a Strong45 class that will fire up your inner superhero.
$20 donation per person. Registration required. Walk Ins Welcome- bring photo ID and see Member Services.
