Stop by on your way to school or work. Drop in during your dog walk. Give yourself a reason to run, ride, or walk by during your workout (whether you take a donut is up to you). We'll have coffee, donuts, water and dog treats!
We know you care about street safety! Come show your support, wave some “slow down!” signs and meet like-minded folks who want getting around the Castro to be safe and fun for everyone.
San Francisco began its speed camera pilot program in March 2025, with citations starting in August 2025 after a warning period. The cameras, which target high-speed and high-crash locations, aim to change driver behavior and reduce severe injuries and fatalities. Drivers caught speeding are issued a civil citation, which does not add points to their license, and the program includes provisions for lower fines for low-income folks.
