Relationships require connection, communication, support, trust, laughter, and of course love!! Join COIL Yoga owner Katie Flinn and her husband Jason as you explore the power of connection with your partner!This 90 min practice we will include some gentle, easy Yoga postures, partner assisted stretches, and creative ways to connect and unwind tension inside and out with your partner.
This is a really good practice to introduce those who are NEW to Yoga and curious without having to come alone! All couples are welcome to join!
