You're In! We are pleased to announce that your entry in the Christmas parade has been accepted. This year’s theme, “A Storybook Christmas,” is sure to be a memorable one! While it remains a cherished community event, we also encourage you to channel a bit of festive competitive spirit — bring your creativity, your sparkle, and your very best holiday magic to the parade!
Fees + Changes: If applicable,you will receive an email with an online payment link within 5 days to confirm your spot. *Important to note- *IF your entry is over 45', there will be an oversize fee of $200, which will be included in your invoice. Please let us know if you need to revise your application.
Timing:
Lineup Information: You will receive an email detailing your time slots and lineup locations approximately 11/2 weeks before the parade. Afterward, you can respond with any questions or requests about your assigned placement.
Judging: If you designated on your application that you want your entry judged, you must be in your assigned lineup spot before 9:30 AM to qualify for the contest, as judging begins promptly at 9:30 AM. No exceptions will be made this year. Thank you for helping us keep this fun competition running smoothly.
Fee Details: Please note that entry fees help cover parade expenses — including very high insurance rates, safety, equipment rentals, logistics, and the ability to offer free entries to youth groups and schools. Supporting our local youth is a priority, as they are the heart and future of our community traditions — and the reason we continue to make this parade bigger, brighter, and more inspiring each year.
