About this event
Welcome Friends! Thank you for joining Faubion's Holiday Bazaar!
Parent & Student volunteers are what make this event happen. Your table fees provide access to various things, such as school-wide events, teacher supplies, field trips, and PTA-supported events. Thank you for supporting our Bulldogs!
Vendor registration must be completed by Friday November 21, 2025. Everything on the form must be filled out.
Date & Time: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Set Up: 7 am-9am
Doors open to shoppers at 9am and close promptly at 4pm; Vendors are not to pack up or leave early
Where: Faubion PK-8 School, 2930 NE Dekum St., Portland, Oregon 97211
Cost: $35.00 for one 6ft. table or space. Please Note: You provide the table, or we can provide you with a table that is two-layered and each side is 3 ft. wide x 6ft. long.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel by email to [email protected] by Monday, December 1st.
Raffle: Please create a gift basket for our raffle! The basket can be as simple, or creative as you'd like, be magical! Raffle tickets will be .50 each or 3 for $1.00.
Special Note: All registrations are dated when received and placed according to first-come, first-served order
Register early to guarantee space!
If you are selling baked goods, please send an updated Food Handlers Card to [email protected] by Monday, December 1. Without this verification, we have the right to refuse sales of baked goods.
All space sizes are approximately 6x8 ft. The intent is to accommodate your needs as best we can
Do not forget to note your specific space needs in the registration form. If you are selling food or beverage items, we require you to have a food handler’s card with you.
Please make sure all items are appropriate for a school bazaar.
You will receive confirmation of your registration within a week of registering.
By December 1st, you will receive a detailed email with instructions on unloading, parking and set up.
