About this Event
Building Inclusion is a professional obligation. It requires conscious thought and action, and the question for us is, are we doing this well?
Marsha Ramroop says to act with inclusion isn't innate, and it's not enough to simply think we are inclusive; it's a skill we need to develop and practice, and she'll be taking us through how we can best do that to impact our design, and ultimately, create a better world.
In this inspiring and action-oriented talk, you'll leave with practical approach to building inclusion into our world.
Signed copies of Building Inclusion will be available at the event at an exclusive discount.
Marsha Ramroop is an award-winning inclusion strategist, CQ Fellow and founder of Unheard Voice Consultancy. Her book Building Inclusion (Routledge, 2024), winner of two 2025 business book awards, is the first EDI guide of its kind for the built environment. Formerly RIBA's inaugural Director of Inclusion, she helps leaders and Boards embed Cultural Intelligence as behavioural infrastructure for lasting change.
