We have partnered with Corby Spirit and Wine to bring you an evening like no other, filled with good food, fun stories, and of course the finest of Whiskey.This stunning evening, set in the remarkable Sunroom, will feature a vibrant presentation and tasting Hosted by Irish Whiskey Brand Ambassador Joe Duffy and this Masterclass will include a tasting of 6 Redbreast Irish Whiskeys. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a selection of light refreshments and curated food offerings before the main event begins.
Then finish off the night with a signature Whiskey Sour, visit the Victory Cigar table to learn all things cigars, or relax in the Cigar Lounge before heading out.
Guests will also enjoy a live musical set by Rachel and Ayden out in the Cigar Bar Area, a talented Greater Toronto Area duo made up of artists Rachel Jeans and Ayden Jacobs. Since coming together in 2022, the pair have captivated audiences with their dynamic performances and shared passion for music. With backgrounds that include award-winning performances, studio recording opportunities, live radio appearances, and international performances, Rachel and Ayden bring an impressive range of talent and energy to every show.

Speaker Bio
Most would consider a Scotsman serving as an Ambassador for Irish whiskey unusual, but for Joe Duffy it is a natural fit. Coming from Scotland, whiskey is in his DNA. Although he studied Law at university, his passion for Uisge Beatha (The Water of Life) drew him toward a life spent advocating for whiskey rather than practicing in court. His career began at Glengoyne Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, but before long the smooth, triple distilled Irish spirit from Midleton Distillery called to him. Following in the footsteps of John Jameson—himself a lawyer who left Scotland to seek his fortunes in Ireland—he moved from his homeland to pursue a future in Irish whiskey on the Emerald Isle.
Having served as the Jameson Brand Ambassador for the West of Ireland, he spent significant time at the famed Midleton Distillery, learning everything he could about its historic brands and spreading the good word of Jameson across the region. In September, he became the Irish Whiskey Ambassador for Corby Spirit and Wine in Canada, based in Toronto, where he now represents the Jameson, Redbreast, Spot and Midleton portfolios across the country.
