This is a free-running style open gym where athletes can train, create, and explore movement in a fun, supportive environment. All Levels are welcome; whether you're brand new or experienced. A coach will be present to provide optional structure, skill focus opportunities, and safety guidance, while still giving students plenty of freedom to practice independently, try new lines, and build creativity through movement. Ages 8 and up. Sign up online / walk ins welcome. Cost: $20 per session
