Parkour isn’t just for the young. This fun, creative movement class is designed for older adults of all fitness levels and focuses on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and confidence.
Explore a variety of movements that can help support fall prevention and make everyday activities feel easier and safer.
Our instructors will provide guidance, supervision and adaptations to help you move safely and comfortably. Let your instructor know about any physical limitations or concerns, and movements
can be modified to meet your needs.
