Support, movement, and care come together in this monthly gathering designed for both individuals living with Parkinson’s and the people who care for them. This special April session includes added experiences for both groups during Parkinson’s Awareness Month.

• Parkinson’s & movement disorder support group (held monthly)

• Separate caregiver support group with guided discussion

• Drumming exercise for participants with Parkinson’s

• Chair massages for caregivers provided by local vendors

• Open house opportunity to explore the community
