About this Event

Located on a bustling stretch of sidewalk between the train station and two bus stops, the Parkchester Greenmarket has connected local farms and farmers to this Parkchester neighborhood since 2011. Every Friday, throughout the season, shoppers at this lively community center can find a diverse selection of locally-grown and produced foods throughout the market. Beyond shopping, visitors can enjoy cooking demonstrations, educational programs, and pick up free recipes at the Market Information Tent.
