Park2Park: A Day of Remembrance One Year After

The May 16, 2025 EF-3 tornado tore through the heart of St. Louis, creating destruction to the land and our parks as well as our lives. We experienced the storm at the same time in the same way, but our recovery has not been equitable. On this day, one year after, the 314Oasis community seeks to gather and share our grief, our hopes, and our connection. Park2Park will host two events on May 16, 2026 to include food and drink , a tree stump memorial, a grief circle, training and giveaway of 314Oasis Disaster Response Boxes, and an opportunity to sign up for Oasis Care to include support for housing and healing support.

We will be accepting Donations to our Park2Park Fundraiser to provide DIRECT SUPPORT for residents working to REPAIR their homes.
