A FREE 45 minute workout delivered by a qualified Macclesfield based personal trainer.Sessions vary each week, so it never gets boring. Workouts consist of predominantly body weight exercises, so using your own body weight to do squats, star jumps, lunges, core exercises etc.
Each exercise can be taken at YOUR own pace, depending on your current level of fitness. Everyone who attends is different, but the group is friendly and encouraging. It is about doing your best, not competing against anyone else.

Bring yourself, wear comfy clothes you can exercise in, a drink and an exercise/yoga mat if you have one.
