Join us for the inaugural Park Circle Chili Challenge at Southern Roots Smokehouse benfiting Park Circle Cares!Bring (healthy) non-perishable food/canned items to donate, and receive 1 free tasting ticket for every item donated.
Or, you can purchase $1 tickets, and sample contestants' chili and vote for your favorite! Enjoy live music and indulge in our Wheatly Vodka bloody mary bar, and $10 buckets of oysters!

Contestants must arrive and set up by 10am and ready to serve at 11am.
Each contestant(s) must provide at least 8-10lbs. of chili for our panel of judges, and to be sampled by attendees in 2oz. portions.
Teams must supply all of their cooking utensils and heating equipment. Electrical outlets are limited.
Attendees can vote for their favorite chili by purchasing voting tickets for $1 each. They will choose their favorite chili by placing that ticket in a voting jar located on each team’s table. Attendees can vote as many times as they want. The number of tickets in each teams voting jar will determine the Fan Favorite. So, encourage your family and friends to come and vote!
Each team must clean up their space and place trash in trash receptacles.
Southern Roots will provide tasting cups, spoons, napkins, voting jar, tables & table covering.
