Park After Dark

Join a Park Ranger and Recreation staff for a short talk about some of the animals in Minto-Brown Island Park. As it starts to get dark, take a guided 2-mile walk on soft trails to listen and look for our after dark friends.
This program is for 9-12 year olds. If a parent or guardian would like to participate also, please register as a family. This walk takes place rain or shine. Dress for the weather and muddy trails.
Adaptive component: For ages 9-12 not able to walk 2 miles, if they are able to walk a 1/2 mile, while bringing their own chair, or something similar, to sit on, we will walk to where the first bridge is to sit and listen for night life while the rest of the group completes the walk.
