A parent-clinician-led workshop series is for parents of neurodivergent children. Topic for December - Extended Family Inclusion
Raising Neurogdivergent children has unique challenges. This clinician lead workshop is for parents of neurodivergent children looking to:
-Learn more about neurodivergence, especially Autism
-Grow your neurodiversity-affirming parenting toolkit
-Share experiences, strategies, and local resources
-Build connections with parents on similar journeys
-Help advocate for your child, and support them with self-advocacy
-Understanding the IDEA and advocating for your child with their IEP/504
Each meeting will begin with a presentation of that month’s topic and be followed by a discussion. Join us to learn and connect with parents on similar journeys.
