The focus of this group is the discussion of topics relevant to parenting, the exchange of support and information, and general camaraderie with other parents. Group is a non-judgemental, supportive, and caring environment where mamas can feel comfortable sharing struggles and celebrations. This group is held weekly, free, and informal.
