Parents and school-aged children are invited to attend a summer series of programs hosted by the Noah Project. The goal is to teach children healthy habits and educate parents on pressing matters in this day and age. Parents will attend the adult session while their children are engaged in another activity - with refreshments included! Topics for adults will include: creating healthy boundaries, online safety, and finding time for self-care. Topics for children will include: healthy friendships, bullying, online safety, and gratitude. Take the opportunity to learn about and tips on how to safely navigate the world around us.
