Parents Day Out- Brought to you by Grounded & Growing Enlightenment

Hi everyone

We’re so excited to welcome your little ones to our upcoming Parents Day Out (PDO) — a fun, safe, and engaging space for children to play, explore, and connect while you take some well-deserved time for yourself.

What to Expect:

This event will be for children ages 3-10.

Your child will enjoy a structured yet playful environment that includes sensory play, social interaction, and creative activities designed to support development and fun in a nurturing setting.

Important Reminders:

• Please pack snacks and/or a meal for your child (nut-free if possible)

• Water bottles are encouraged to keep everyone hydrated

• Socks are required for all children to participate safely

• Comfortable play clothes are recommended

Waiver Requirement:

Once your spot is reserved, a waiver will be sent to your email. This must be completed prior to drop-off to ensure a smooth check-in process.

RSVP Deadline:

Please reserve your child’s spot by May 1st to secure participation. Spaces are limited.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

Please arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up so we can maintain a safe and organized experience for all families.
