This 2-hour womb-centered healing workshop is a nourishing experience created for all women, with special care for those who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or navigating the postpartum season.Together, we’ll move through a supportive blend of breathwork, gentle intuitive movement, guided meditation, energy healing, and sound bath, all designed to support the womb, nervous system, and emotional body. This circle offers a safe and sacred space to soften, release stored tension, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Rather than “fixing” or forcing, this workshop invites deep listening—honoring where you are and creating space for rest, regulation, and connection. The intention is to support healing, balance, and a sense of wholeness during one of life’s most tender chapters of womanhood.
No prior experience is needed. All bodies, stories, and stages are welcome.
