Are you wishing you could improve your parenting but don’t know where to start? Come for �FREE� Parenting Classes at Lake County Library in Merrillville at Wednesdays at Noon, Lower Level Room D.
Meet with like-minded parents and Moms who just need a little extra support this season.
�This trauma-informed parenting curriculum helps young parents to build loving, structured homes that heal. It integrates evidence-based parenting strategies with an understanding of the intergenerational transmission of trauma, empowering families to break cycles, reparent, and nurture resilience.
� Time: Noon on Wednesdays
� Dates: November 19th & 26th and December 3rd, 10th, 17th
� Location: Lake County Public Library Merrillville, Room D, Lower Level
� Sessions led by Dr. Kalyani Gopal, PhD, licensed clinical psychologist, and Dr. Catherine Gremley, PsyD, Clinical Pyschology Clinician.
