Whether you’re a parent, partner, friend, or simply someone who wants healthier relationships, this workshop is for you.

In this story-driven session, Maria Alessandri shares a real-life moment that challenged her instinct to control, correct, and convince. Through her work with rescue horses, she discovered a powerful truth: the strongest relationships aren’t built by pulling from the front or dragging others along, but by encouraging from behind while creating safety, trust, and support.

Using lessons from horses and everyday life, this workshop reframes leadership, parenting, and connection as relationship-based practices, where influence grows not from force, but from presence, clarity, and restraint.

This is not about being in charge or having all the answers. It’s about learning when the relationship is more important than the conflict, and how to relate in ways that build trust, confidence, and lasting connection in all areas of your life.

About the Speaker:
Maria Alessandri, MBA, CLC. As a coach, speaker and author, I help people be better leaders and parents. With a deep passion for personal growth, over 20 years in corporate America and as a mom of five, I have a unique perspective on balancing family, career, and personal development. I use the lessons learned from training rescue horses to help people in their everyday lives. My work is rooted in self-help, self-awareness, personal development, communication, and leadership principles, empowering others to find clarity and growth.
