What: Dr. Kathryn Hecht, a child and adolescent clinical psychologist, will present "Brave Parenting, Braver Kids: Science-backed Ways to Support Anxious Youth Through the School Day and Beyond." The talk will focus on practical strategies for parents and caregivers to help children manage anxiety and build emotional resilience. Dr. Hecht specializes in treating anxiety disorders and OCD in youth and is the author of the Be Brave Activity Book and DareDecks card decks.
