For parents with teenagers (or soon to be teenagers).
An opportunity to talk about the day-to-day challenges, as well as gain some valuable principles and easy techniques to help you through the parenting journey.
This course was created by Care for the Family and runs over 6 sessions. Key themes and topics explored are:
15th September - Understanding your teenager
23th September - Staying connected
29th Setember - Identity
6th October - Communication and conflict
13th October - Big pressures … good choices
20th October Letting go
It will be lead by Lee Lees, who is a mum of a teenager herself, as well as 3 Counties Vineyard community worker.
All parents of teenagers, or soon to be teenagers, are welcome.
Cost: Free.
Towards the end of the course, if you would like and are able to, there will be an opportunity to give a donation to help cover the costs of running the course.
