We will be hosting a parent workshop on Thursday, November 14 at 5:00PM. This workshop is on "Creating Nutritional Snacks and Lunches". This will be a fun and interesting way to learn new tips and tricks such as how to use the sous vide, pressure cooker, and healthy protein balls. Expanding the palate can help set a foundation for future nutrition and healthy food choices.
Please let me know if you plan on attending so I can assure we have enough seating and plan on having a sitter for no kids are allowed to this workshop.
