I am a wife and mother of three children with a husband and child with ADHD. I was an elementary school educator for over twenty years. I became an ADHD coach to better support my family, students and families of my students. I also have a Masters in Elementary Education and a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.

About Arria!

I am a mother of three children and two of them have ADHD. I became an ADHD coach to learn more how to support them in their daily lives and at school. I also have my Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Education in Counseling.
