Join us for an informative and interactive session focused on making mealtime enjoyable, reducing stress, and building a healthy relationship with food. Parents and children (ages 3+) will learn together - but separately! The event will feature a Parent Session led by Common Threads and a Children's Small Bites Class led by trained facilitators. Registration is required for both adults and children.
