Parent Support Circle
This is a private, facilitated support circle for parents and caregivers of teens who are navigating challenges, stress, or simply need a space to feel supported and understood.
Many parents are doing their best — and still feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn. This space was created so you don’t have to carry that alone.
What to Expect:
• A respectful, structured, and supportive environment
• Facilitated peer conversation
• Connection without pressure or judgment
• A space where you can speak freely and be understood
Important Information:
• This is a support circle, not therapy or counseling
• This is a private group — registration is required
• Respectful behavior is required to protect the space for all participants
Schedule:
2nd Tuesday of each month
6:30-8 PM
First Session Experience:
The first session is offered at no cost to allow parents to experience the space before contributing.
This applies once per participant.
Ongoing:
This group is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of $10 per session.
No one is turned away due to cost.
