Parent Reset Night

Parents navigating the complex journey of trauma and neurodivergence come together in a compassionate space designed to reset from the past, uplift one another, and co-create hopeful visions for the future. This supportive community offers a unique blend of expressive arts and therapeutic connection, empowering families to heal collectively, embrace resilience, and build a foundation of strength for generations ahead. Come and eat a spaghetti meal together, learn some coping skills to reset, and create a vision board for planning your families future. An activity for children will be provided with safe and trauma-informed volunteers.
