Parent (Mindful) Meet Up

Focus: Community care, self-care, prioritizing mental health. Rest, grace, action.

Hosted by: Social worker, therapist, and professor on her own parenting journey.

Children Welcome: All ages; attendance not required—space is for caregivers.

Caregivers of All Ages: Teen parent, grandparent, or everything in between—if you are caregiving for children, no matter relation, this space can be for you.

Lead by You: Guided by participant needs.

Schedule & Spaces: Sunday mornings, cozy Brooklyn spaces (Flatbush Central Market, LaPetite Chambre BK).
