Learn the tips and tricks two Doulas have spent almost two decades learning!

As of January 2025, Lily, a postpartum doula has taken care of 25 babies under 6 months old!

Becca, a birth doula will be sharing her experiences, and knowledge from the births she has attended!

Everyone attending will be entered in a raffle to win a 4Moms Mama-Roo Swing ($269 value!)

We will be hands-on practicing and learning birth and postpartum techniques! Our goal is that you leave our class feeling prepared for your perinatal journey!

Becca will discuss birth advocacy, informed decision making, stages of labor, moms nerves system and more!

Lily is sharing information on formula/breastmilk, baby cues, wake windows, ways to play and bond, postpartum mood disorder, postpartum nutrition, and much more!!

This is a great opportunity to get to know us, learn about the RI doula resources, and have a space to ask us questions!
