Parent Carers - Beginners Spin Class

It’s not too late to improve your physical fitness! Don your trainers, meet up with other carers, make new friends. Let’s have some fun as we jump on a stationary bike, follow the instructors lead as they guide us through class exercises to lively music. This is a beginner’s class they have put on for carers so we will be in it together! After class let’s head to the café for a chat and cool down time before heading home. Trainers and active wear are required.

Meet in reception at 12:15pm where staff will give you a carers discount card for you to use at any time. The 45 minute class begins at 12:45pm. NEWCIS will pay for your spin class today.
