Parent Carer Voice - Middlesbrough SEND Reform Plan

We are inviting parents and carers of children and young people with SEND to join us for an important engagement session to help shape Middlesbrough’s SEND Reform Plan.

At this session, we will share a simple overview of what the Department for Education is asking local authorities to do as part of the SEND reforms. We then want to hear from you — your experiences, your ideas, and what you feel would work best for your child and family.

This is a chance to have your voice heard and directly influence how SEND services are developed and delivered in Middlesbrough.

We want this to feel relaxed and welcoming, with time for discussion, questions and sharing views.

Parents and carers are welcome to bring their children if needed, and there will be staff on hand to support.
