Booster Liason (formerly held by Heather Coe for a long time) - can be shared by 2 people - see list of meeting dates and times to the right

VP (formerly held by Tiffany Shea) - will be added to group text, give feedback/help with various things

Roles and Responsibilities for next season
Need many NEW helpers - especially 7th/8th/9th grade parents, specifically the MOST needed (these could all be SHARED jobs you can do with a friend or two):
Garbage plate fundraiser organizer - we have all of the files to share with you, we need a volunteer to update files, print tickets/flyers and distribute to teams, collect money via Venmo and receive cash payments from MS/HS turn in points, keep track of sales and provide a list at the end of who owes tickets/payment (Tickets sold in September)
Beef sticks fundraiser organizer - communicate with vendor, help distribute forms, collect turned in forms and order from vendor, pick up the beefsticks when they are ready, bag/organize and bring to camp for distribution (Sold in May, distributed at camp - end of June/early July)
Bottle and can drive organizer - communicate with vendor, choose a Saturday or Sunday in September or October that you are free to hold it, pickup, load, and drop off the filled truck with the help of JV/V boys and parents
Indoor Tournament fundraiser organizer - we have all of the files for this and can teach someone how to easily replicate it (most of the hard work is done) - the basics are updating tournament flyer, collecting registration forms/payment, updating the schedule (template is already made), updating the volunteer SignUp genius **a group of people will absolutely be helping you, we just need one or two people to take ownership of it
Senior night organizer - receive player forms and type them into announcer script, update the program template (pamphlet) and email to Courtney for color printing, organize the non-senior Varsity parents to: decorate the entryway into the stadium and put on a brief celebration after the event with refreshments and a slide show
Teacher Appreciation Night organizer - receive player forms and type them into announcer script, coordinate with GSOC for mums/haybales, book photographer, work with others to print lanyards for teachers and concessions tickets, update the program template (pamphlet) and email to Courtney for color printing
Game smoke ordered/set it off during games - order smoke online and sign for it (previous order info provided as well as payment method), have 2 people at all home games to set it off (fairly easy job - can show you)
There are also a bunch of SMALLER tasks - list will be provided at the meeting
