Discover the magic of a Sound Bath as a family! The Parent & Me event is specially designed for a younger audience to listen to soothing music from the gong and Himalayan singing bowl with a parent or caregiver. We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the instruments, followed by a 30-minute immersive sound journey. At the end you’ll enjoy hands-on fun as parents and kids explore and play with the instruments.
To fully enjoy the Sound Bath, it is recommended to lie down on your back or assume a comfortable position. Please wear cozy attire and bring any items necessary for your relaxation, such as such as water, yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, or eye mask.
