Our Parent & Child Sound Bath is a monthly experience for families to relax, reconnect, and simply pause together.
About this Event

This isn’t about sitting perfectly still.
This isn’t about being “quiet enough.”
This is about creating a safe, calming space where children can experience sound in their own way ✨
Using gentle gongs, chimes, drums, and soothing instruments, this session is designed to help create calm, connection, and a little breathing space from the outside world.
