🌿 PARENT & CHILD RETREAT

Three beautiful days of slowing down, connecting and living outdoors together.
This retreat is for parents (or uncle/aunt) with children from baby up to 13 years old.
A space where families can step out of the busy mind and into presence, creativity and nature.
During the days we explore:
✨ Dance & vocal expression
✨ Yoga & body awareness
✨ Painting, drawing & crafting
✨ Building treehouses & outdoor play
✨ Team games & soccer
✨ Garden time & off-grid inspiration
✨ Nature walks with playful assignments
We create nature art together (stone mandalas, natural sculptures) that stay on the land as a memory of our time here.
The guided moments I offer — such as expressive dance introductions and conscious walks — are therapeutic and gently transformative.
They help parents and children see and experience each other in a new, more authentic way.

You can bring your own tent, camper or caravan.
€15 – €30 per night (including shower & toilet facilities).
You are welcome to arrive one day earlier and stay one day longer to settle in peacefully.
