This healthy, playful, and bonding yoga class is designed for parents or caregivers and their newborn child to the age of crawling. This is a perfect class when your needing to move your body again after having a baby. In this forth trimester yoga class the postpartum body is honored through yoga poses that stretch strengthen the body while bringing baby into your practice. Baby massage and pelvic floor strengthening and conditioning are integrated into class.
