Businesses, Groups/Organizations and Families are invited to create a Scarecrow for the event. Entry fee$10.00 (no entry fee for Families). Posts will be available to hang your scarecrow before 9:30 October 10. Respond to [email protected] to reserve your post. Spectators will vote for favorite in each category.
