The magnificent mansion was built in 1879 for William and Eliza Wyeth. William had expanded his small business into the successful Wyeth Hardware and Manufacturing Company and Wyeth Saddle Factory. The mansion, constructed with over a million bricks, featured a turret on the north side, earning it the nickname "castle on the hill."

The home is adorned throughout with ornate parquet floors and stunning walnut woodwork. The couple entertained in the spacious rooms on the first floor, hosting numerous parties throughout the years. The bedroom suites are located on the second floor. The third floor accommodated the servants. Today, you will discover that several rooms have been transformed to showcase the wild animals from Milton's countless hunting adventures. Some spaces are still adorned with time-period antiques to emanate the 1879 ambiance.

In 1887, the mansion was sold to widow Kate Tootle, and her late husband, Milton Tootle Sr., was one of the richest residents of the area. The mansion is known for paranormal activity, where several spirits roam the halls. Even Milton's presence is known by his body odor and an EVP captured his voice. Sweet perfume wafts through the first and second floors, and the laughter and games of children are heard on the third floor. The mansion is also familiar with full-bodied apparitions and shadow people.

Event Time: 8:00 PM—12:30 AM (late entries may not be permitted). If you have issues arriving on time, please contact Mike and Sam no less than 4 hours before the event starts. We do not monitor our phones, laptops, or other devices after 4:00 PM on the event day.

Driver's license is required to show proof of purchase by the ticket holder or state issued id.
We are not responsible for your valuables, so leave them at home. Anyone suspected of drinking or doing drugs will not be permitted to attend the event. The property is monitored. This is a fun, friendly event; leave the drama at home!
