The Building Industry Association of the RRV invites you to the Parade of Homes Fall Edition 2026!
It's the last two weekends in September + Mondays and offers a a scattered-site tour of newly built homes across several communities.
Dates: Sept. 19-21 and 26-28
Hours: Noon - 5 p.m. Sat/Sun and 3 - 7 p.m. Mon
The official event magazine will be available free of charge at all Hornbacher's Sept. 14.
Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry. Over the decades, the Parade has grown into a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting the spirit of home building in our community.
ADMISSION
Admission is free to most homes. There is a $5 ticket to our luxurious featured homes (details coming soon). Use cash or Venmo to purchase your ticket at either home.
