Come get an easy lunch or dinner while supporting local non-profit, Diabetes Community Care Team! We provide valuable programs for kids and adults with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes in our community. We will be there from 5-7 to share about our programs and community events coming up. Come meet us and support us! 🍕
