PAPAYA: Latin Fusion Dinner, Drinks + a Damn Good Drag Variety Show

Come celebrate 420 weekend and party like it's summertime with ya girls! Arciniega Street is proud to collaborate with downtown eatery Palmeira Tropical Fusion for our quarterly dinner show PAPAYA! This high-energy drag show is proudly sponsored by our partners at Ganja Guys and La Bodega – welcoming guest host from Fairbanks while Ivanna is out, the drag diva herself, Crybaby, as well as the talents of Anchorage drag queen Venus Vixen, Fairbanks Indigibaddie and drag queen Ice Watah, burlesque artists Isabella Novela and Sweet Rika, money honey and GoGo boy Apollo, as well as electric dance duo Kasha J + Tey Moné!

2 SHOWS: On Saturday April 19th at 9PM and Sunday April 20th at 7PM, join us for delicious Latin fusion food and shareable tapas curated by Palmeira! This experience is complete with a select beer, wine and cocktail menu. Doors open 30 minutes before the show for guests to arrive, find their seats, and get their food + drink orders in. Then? A damn good drag show.

This event is ideal for groups. We strongly encourage folks to reserve tickets and tables early as this event always sells out. Please bring cash to tip your performers and your service staff!

As a courtesy to our kitchen staff, please arrive 20-30 minutes before the event starts.

This is an 18+ show and IDs will be checked at the door. Guests under 21 are not permitted to drink alcohol. Palmeira will have a great selection of non-alcoholic beverages for our guests who can't/don't drink! While we may be celebrating the 420 holiday, cannabis will NOT be a part of this event. You can always visit our sponsors at Ganja Guys for that later!
