The panel discussion will feature Derrick Pratt, of the Underground Railroad Consortium of New York State, and the following #FreedomWalk2026 team members: Anthony Cohen, Lynda Davis, Tom DeWolf, and Kip Beardsley. The #FreedomWalk2026 team will talk about the #FreedomWalk2026 experience, a 750 mile retracing of the Underground Railroad from Maryland to Canada. The team is currently in Syracuse. Attendees will also be able to view the Harriet Tubman - The Journey to Freedom Statue that is traveling with the team.
