The 2nd NY Air National Guard Company Grade Officers' Symposium will bring together emerging leaders to examine the challenges of operating in complex and turbulent joint environments. Dash, who oversees more than 6,000 Coast Guardsmen across the Great Lakes District, alongside a distinguished lineup of speakers from senior NY Air National Guard leadership, academia, and industry.
