About this Event

We are hosting an interactive panel discussion on the changes to NJAC 7:13 (Flood Hazard Area Control Act) and NJAC 7:8 (Stormwater Management), highlighting some of the key implications to the New Jersey real estate development community. The panel discussion will be followed by a live Q&A where both in-person and virtual attendees can ask questions of our panelists.

The event will kick off at 11:30am with networking and lunch, and the panel discussion will begin at 12pm, followed by the live Q&A. Following the session, guests are invited to stay and network.
