Learn how to make three kinds of pan pizza at home!

In this theory based class, you'll learn how to make detroit, roman and chigaco pizzas. We will go over how to mix a great pizza dough, how to proof, bake and flavour combinations with sauces and cheeses. You'll go home with a sauce and dough recipe and you'll also get to eat lots of pizza!
