This evening experience is an invitation to pause. Blending self-care and stillness, it offers a nourishing night-time wind-down to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and prepare you for a deeply restful sleep. These evenings are light hearted and friendly.

You’ll be guided through a refreshing facial using Tropic products with Hannah, combining gentle skincare rituals with mindful breathwork with Lisa to release tension and awaken your natural glow.

The experience flows seamlessly into a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and mind to drift into deep relaxation as soothing sounds wash over you.

A moment to cleanse, breathe, and restore your inner and outer radiance.

Speciality herbal tea will be served afterwards. 💤

Wear comfortable clothes, PJ's are welcome and you may like to bring the following:

• Blanket to keep you cosy
• Pillow for your head
• Water to drink afterwards
• Hot water bottle
  

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong Baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery
• Sensitive skin - For Tropic.
