### Event Information
Welcome to the Black Lotus Commander Invitational Qualifier Series. This event, with others will lead to a Final Tournament with the Winning Player Getting an Unlimited Black Lotus, and the store they qualified from getting a Dual Land for their own hosted Tournament!
Start Time 12PM / Entry Fee: $40
Decklist submission required to play
### Registration
An Eminence account is free to sign up for. It is required to submit decklists, and view match pairings on the day of the event. YOU MUST have an eminence account to be eligible to play

### Rules
**PROXIES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS EVENT**
This tournament has an 48 Player Cap.
There will be up to 5 rounds of Swiss
Each round will be 80 minutes in length.
After time in the round is called, the game is over after active player finishes their turn. This rule goes away once we cut to top players
Wins are worth 5 points Draws are worth 1 point.
After Swiss there will be a cut to the top players based on points awarded during the Swiss
This tournament will utilize the MTRa/IPGa used by TopDeck and will be held to Comp REL standards.
This tournament will utilize Command Tower for the pairing software and determining turn order.

Registered proxies are allowed for this event. Proxies must be printed and not hand-written
### Prizing
Prizes: $30 of each entry will be put into the prize pool for that night with the other $10 going into the invitational prize pool.
Individual Store Prizing set per qualifier store, see their Facebook Event Page for info (if applicable)
1st place: an invitation to the Unlimited Black Lotus invitational
Local Tournament Prizing is based on attendance. We put up a Tiaga for 10+ people, At 24 people We put up an Underground Sea.
Prize Pool splitting is negotiable at Finals table with TO approval.
